Appointment Status
This page allows you to update the cancellation reason for an appointment.
On the Patient Actions Bar, click Scheduling, and then click View Patient Appointments. Click the link for a cancelled appointment.
- Display the View Patient Appointments page for the patient: On the Patient Actions Bar, click Scheduling, and then click View Patient Appointments.
- Locate the cancelled appointment in the table (the Status column for a cancelled appointment displays "x cancelled:" with the reason for the cancellation).
- Click
the linked date and time in the Date/Time column.
The Appointment Status page appears. - From the Reason for cancellation menu, select a different cancellation reason for the appointment.
- Click Update. The cancellation reason is updated.
