Outreach Operations Queue

You can use the Outreach: Operations Queue to assign, prioritize, and track the status of outreach calls. Your organization can manage the Outreach: Operations Queue for a campaign, or you can request that athenahealth manage this queue for you.
On the Main Menu, click Patients and select Outreach Management. At the upper right of the page, click Operations Queue.
Your organization must complete the Outreach Manager implementation process before you can use Outreach Manager or the Outreach Operations Queue.
Your organization must use athenahealth Population Health, and you must have a role that includes the Population Management: Outreach Manager: User permission to access this feature.
- Display the Outreach: Operations Queue page: On the Main
Menu, click Patients and select Outreach Management. At the upper right of the page, click Operations Queue.
A list of patients in the New category (that is, patients not yet contacted) appears. - Click a patient's name to view more details.
- Display the Outreach: Operations Queue page: On the Main Menu, click Patients and select Outreach Management. At the upper right of the page, click Operations Queue.
- Click one of the categories of patients across the top of the page. You can filter the list using the search fields above some of the columns, or you can sort the list by clicking a column heading.
- Click a patient's name to view more details, including the patient's phone number and PCP.
- Call the patient.
- Document the results of the call. Depending on the options you select, additional fields may appear, including the following:
- Call Result
- Outreach status
- Notes
- Click Log attempt.
