Screen Elements in Pregnancy Problems
An understanding of a patient's pregnancy problems is critical in helping providers establish a patient’s prenatal care. In the Embedded OB Worksheet, you can always view pregnancy problems as you document each OB visit.
Problem visibility
Pregnancy problems appear at the top of the OB Worksheet automatically, even when you collapse the section or if you scroll down the worksheet. This ensures that the patient’s problems remain visible.
