Update Trimester Checklists

Access the OB Worksheet. In the Plans & Education section, expand First Trimester, Second Trimester, or Third Trimester sections to review the discussion and education items for a given trimester.

In this example, a provider adds notes as they review education and care plans with the patient.

If a discussion item applies to a patient, click the checkbox for that item.

Note
If applicable, you can select Yes to all to check all items in the list. If you select Yes to all, you can still deselect individual items. Once you deselect an item, Yes to all is no longer selected.

Note
When you select a discussion item check box, your name and the date automatically appears in the Discussed by column.
