Access Genetic Screening and Infection History
In the OB Worksheet, locate Genetic Screening and Infection History beneath Pregnancy Information. In this section, a list of questions relating to genetic conditions, family history, or prior infections that could impact the patient's pregnancy appears.
Important
Selecting Yes to any of these questions will not add a diagnosis to Problems or Pregnancy Problems lists in the patient's chart. If you select Yes to a question, consider whether you should also add a diagnosis for the patient.
