Self-Pay Reminder Messages allow practices to send messages to patients and guarantors via phone, SMS, and e-mail to remind them they have an outstanding balance. Additionally, these messages are offered in Spanish.

The self-pay messaging window is between 10am and 8pm EST. This feature doesn't replace the ability for patients to contact your office during normal business hours. Be sure to still have staff available to answer phones.
