Adverse Events

This page allows you to add, update, and delete adverse events that appear in the Adverse Events multi-select list on the Anesthesia Cases page.

 

On the Main Menu, click Settings > Billing. In the left menu, under Practice Links — Anesthesia, click Adverse Events

 

 

 

  1. Display the Adverse Events page: On the Main Menu, click Settings > Billing. In the left menu, under Practice Links — Anesthesia, click Adverse Events.
  2. Name — Enter the name of the adverse event.
  3. Click Save. The new adverse event appears in the list below, and in the Adverse Events multi-select list on the Anesthesia Cases page.

 

  1. Display the Adverse Events page: On the Main Menu, click Settings > Billing. In the left menu, under Practice Links — Anesthesia, click Adverse Events.
  2. Locate the adverse event in the Adverse Events list at the bottom of the page, then click the update link for the adverse event. The update view of the Adverse Events page appears.
  3. Edit the fields as needed.
  4. Click Save.

 

  1. Display the Adverse Events page: On the Main Menu, click Settings > Billing. In the left menu, under Practice Links — Anesthesia, click Adverse Events.
  2. Locate the adverse event in the Adverse Events list at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click the delete link. The adverse event appears disabled in the list below.
