Appointment Type Drop-Downs
This page allows you to select which appointment types appear in a particular department's appointment types drop-down menu for a particular provider.

On the Main
Menu, click Settings > Schedule. In the left menu, under Practice Links — Scheduling, click Appointment Type Drop-Downs

To access the Appointment Type Drop-Downs page, your practice must have the Appointment Type Drop Downs feature enabled, and you must have the Schedule Admin: Appointment Type Drop Downs user permission.


- Display the Appointment Type Drop-Downs page: On the Main
Menu, click Settings
> Schedule. In the left menu, under Practice Links — Scheduling, click Appointment Type Drop-Downs.
All of your practice's existing appointment type drop-down menu options appear. - Department — Select a department to filter the results by department.
- Provider — Select a provider to filter the results by provider.
- Appointment Type — Select an appointment type to filter the results by appointment type.
- Click Filter.
The Appointment Type Drop-Downs list displays only those items that match your search criteria.

- Display the Appointment Type Drop-Downs page: On the Main
Menu, click Settings
> Schedule. In the left menu, under Practice Links — Scheduling, click Appointment Type Drop-Downs.
- Click Add new.
- Department — Select the department that will have access to the drop-down menu (required).
- Provider — Select the provider to which these appointments will apply (optional).
- Appointment Types — Select the appointment types to appear in the drop-down menu.
- Click Save.
A message appears stating that you successfully added the item.

- Display the Appointment Type Drop-Downs page: On the Main
Menu, click Settings
> Schedule. In the left menu, under Practice Links — Scheduling, click Appointment Type Drop-Downs.
- Click edit for the drop-down menu to modify.
- Department — Select the department that will have access to the drop-down menu (required).
- Provider — Select the provider to which these appointments will apply (optional).
- Appointment Types — Select the appointment types to appear in the drop-down menu.
- Click Save.
A message appears stating that you successfully edited the item.
