Behavioral Health Group Sessions is an opt-in feature; review the following prerequisites for eligibility. If your behavioral health organization facilitates group sessions and is eligible, submit a case to our dedicated support team by navigating to Support > Create Case or Call.

Before contacting us, review the following prerequisites.

Verify that:

Your organization is NOT a 100% telehealth practice. You must offer onsite group therapy sessions.
Your organization DOES NOT use a third-party MDP partner for group session patient scheduling.
Your organization uses Appointment Schedule to manage appointments.
