Plan Overview
| Field/Option | Description |

| Archive Treatment Plan | Renders the currently active plan inactive and archives it. When prompted, enter a reason for archiving the plan, and then click Submit. To access an archived plan, click the Care tab in a patient's chart and then click the Historical tab. Click the double arrows  to the right of an archived plan to view details. |
| Create Treatment Plan CCDA | Generates a CCDA file for the active treatment plan. |

Date of Next Review |
Enter the next review date in MM-DD-YYYY format or select the desired review date from the calendar view. |

Delete Treatment Plan |
Permanently deletes a treatment plan. When prompted, click Submit to confirm the deletion. |
