Configure Birth History
This page allows you to create birth history questions that appear in the History section of the patient chart, in the Perinatal History subsection. You can add new problems and control the order of the problems that appear in the section. You can also delete or update existing problems.
Caution: Use extreme caution when editing checklists and medical history questions. You should edit field names only to fix typos or edit abbreviations. Making substantial changes to content or changing the sequence of checklist items and questions affects all patient charts that include the checklist or question.
How do I get to this page?
On the Main
Menu, click Settings 
> Clinicals. In the left menu, under Practice Links — History/Intake, click Birth
History
To configure the Birth History health history
section
- Display the Configure Birth History
page: On the Main
Menu, click Settings > Clinicals. In the left menu, under Practice Links — History/Intake, click Birth
History.
- Problem Name — Enter the name of the prenatal problem.
- Ordering — Enter a digit to indicate the order of this problem in the Birth History section.
- Click Add. The new problem appears in the list of problems below.
