Configure Prenatal Flowsheet

This page allows you to select the elements and units of measure that you want to appear in the prenatal flowsheet.

 

On the Main Menu, click Settings > Clinicals. In the left menu, under Practice Links — History/Intake, click Prenatal Flowsheet

 

 

 

  1. Display the Configure Prenatal Flowsheet page: On the Main Menu, click Settings > Clinicals. In the left menu, under Practice Links — History/Intake, click Prenatal Flowsheet.
  2. Fields to Show — Select each data element that you want to appear in the Prenatal Flowsheet section. To reorder the list of elements, position your cursor over the element you want to move, hold down the left mouse button, "drag" the element to the desired position, and then release the left mouse button to "drop" the element in the desired spot.
  3. Show BP Site Dropdown — Select this option to display the blood pressure site menu in the Prenatal Flowsheet section.
  4. Show Dialysis Weight Dropdown — Select this option to display the dialysis weight menu in the Prenatal Flowsheet section.
  5. Weight Display Units — Select the units for measuring weight.
  6. Gestational Age Display Units — Select the units for displaying gestational age.
  7. Click Save. The Prenatal Flowsheet section is now configured.
    Note: If a data element that was previously used is removed from the flowsheet, the data that was stored in that column will no longer be displayed.

 

  1. Display the Configure Prenatal Flowsheet page: On the Main Menu, click Settings > Clinicals. In the left menu, under Practice Links — History/Intake, click Prenatal Flowsheet.
  2. Deselect the data element that you want to remove.
  3. Click Save.
    The question will no longer appear in the Prenatal Flowsheet section, but you can restore it later, if needed.

 

 

Fields to Show

Select each element that you want to appear in the prenatal flowsheet.
Show BP Site dropdown

Select this option to display the BP Site menu in the prenatal flowsheet.
Show Dialysis Weight dropdown

Select this option to display the Dialysis Weight menu in the prenatal flowsheet.
Weight Display Units

Select the units for weight.
Gestational Age Display Units

Select the units for gestational age.
