Configure Prenatal History
This page allows you to create prenatal history questions that appear in the History section of the patient chart, in the Perinatal History subsection. You can add new problems and control the order of the problems that appear in the section. You can also delete or update existing problems.
How do I get to this page?
On the Main
Menu, click Settings 
> Clinicals. In the left menu, under Practice Links — History/Intake, click Prenatal History
To configure the Prenatal History health history
section
- Display the Configure Prenatal History page: On the Main
Menu, click Settings > Clinicals. In the left menu, under Practice Links — History/Intake, click Prenatal History.
- Click Add new.
- Problem Name — Enter the name of the prenatal problem.
- Ordering — Enter a digit to indicate the order of this problem in the Prenatal History sub-section.
- Click Save, or click Save and Add Another to add another prenatal problem.
The new problem appears in the list of problems below.
