Intra-Procedure Medication Totals
This page allows to create free-text fields on the Intra-Procedure Medications section to record medications that are:
- Not administered at intervals, but instead administered continuously for a given duration (for example, Fluoro)
- Administered rarely, once, or not at all
These free-text fields appear under the Medication Totals heading at the bottom of the Intra-Procedure Medications section.
How do I get to this page?
On the Main
Menu, click Settings 
> Clinicals. In the left menu, under Practice Links — Procedure Configuration, click Intra-Procedure Medication Totals
User access and permissions
Your practice must have the Structured Procedure Documentation functionality enabled.
To configure free-text totals fields for the Intra-Procedure Medications section
- Display the Intra-Procedure Medication Totals page: On the Main
Menu, click Settings > Clinicals. In the left menu, under Practice Links — Procedure Configuration, click Intra-Procedure Medication Totals.
- Click Add new.
Input fields appear at the top of the page. - Name — Enter a name for the medication total.
- Ordering — Enter a number to indicate the order in which the medication total should be listed in the Intra-Procedure Medications section.
- Click Save, or click Save and Add Another to continue adding medications to the Intra-Procedure Medications section.
