Intra-Procedure Medications

On the Main Menu, click Settings > Clinicals. In the left menu, under Practice Links — Procedure Configuration, click Intra-Procedure Medications

Your practice must have the Structured Procedure Documentation functionality enabled.

1. Display the Intra-Procedure Medications page: On the Main Menu, click Settings > Clinicals. In the left menu, under Practice Links — Procedure Configuration, click Intra-Procedure Medications.
2. Click Add new.
   Input fields appear at the top of the page.
3. Medication — Enter the first few characters of the medication and select it from the matching list.
4. Default Route — Select the default route for administering the medication.
5. Units — Select the unit to use for the medication amount (required).
6. Ordering — Enter a number to indicate the order of this medication in the Intra-Procedure Medications section.
7. Click Save, or click Save and Add Another to continue adding medications to the Intra-Procedure Medications section.
