Detailed Labels
This page allows you to print detailed Avery size #5160 labels for a patient.
You can use these labels for lab specimens, lab billing slips, charts, or any other material. Detailed labels include the patient account number, name, date of birth, department, address, phone number, and patient insurance information.
Important: Please be aware that labels contain protected health information (PHI). Treat labels with the same concern for patient privacy as you would other protected patient information.
To print detailed
labels
- Display the Detailed Labels page: On the Patient Actions Bar, click Registration, and then click Detailed Labels.
- Place a sheet of labels in your local printer.
- Click
Print at the top right of the page.
A print version of the page appears in a new window. - Select the printer and then click Print.
