athenahealth Status Page

athenaOne

athenaOne for Hospitals & Health Systems

The Status Page shows you which parts of athenaOne and its related stacks and workflows are operational, under maintenance, experiencing degradation, or experiencing disruption. This page is updated regularly and accessible even when the athenaOne system is not.

If you're experiencing issues in athenaOne, check this page to see if the problem you're having is a known network issue.

On the Status Page you can:

  • View athenaOne performance

  • Locate your organization’s stack number

  • View historic incidents and scheduled maintenance

  • Subscribe to service-specific notifications

Important

For the purposes of our Minimum Service Commitment (MSC), we’ll continue to calculate downtime after any incident occurs in connection with the month-end invoicing process. The Status page is intended to improve in-the-moment communication about service performance and availability; the information provided may not be an indication of downtime and may not correspond to MSC calculations.
