Office Locations
This page displays a list of all practice offices, addresses, and phone numbers. You can also access Google Maps for driving directions to office locations.
How do I get to this page?
On the Main Menu, click Calendar. Under RESOURCES, click Office Locations
To find driving
directions to an office or facility in your practice
- Display the Office Locations page: On the Main Menu, click Calendar. Under RESOURCES, click Office Locations.
- Provider Group — Select the desired provider group to display the departments within the provider group (this menu appears for Provider Group Enterprise organizations only).
- Locate the site in the list.
- Use your mouse to highlight and copy the street address of the site.
- Click on the map link to access Google Maps, where you can create driving directions.
