Practice Enrollment Status Summary
This page allows you to display a one-page summary of all provider, department, and medical group numbers for a client practice. You can use the filter fields to limit the summary by:
- Provider
- Medical Group
- Department
- Provider Number Category
- Insurance Package ID

On the Main
Menu, click Settings > Implementation. In the left menu, under Practice Links — Implementation Communications, click PE
Status Summary

A show/hide department link also provides a complete list of departments for reference purposes.
The report displays all numbers in a grid, with the provider usernames on the vertical axis and the PNC across the horizontal axis. If there are department-specific provider numbers, these appear as multiple numbers listed in the same cell.
Note: You can hover the cursor over a number to reveal the following:
- Which billing readiness boxes are checked (V, P, S, B).
- Which departments the number is associated with (department number, or ALL for a default number).
- The expiration or effective date (if the number has expired or is not yet effective).

Provider |
Select one or more providers to report on. Select Show All to report on all providers in this practice. |
Limit to providers with a provider number |
Select this option to limit the results to providers with entered numbers. Checked by default. |
Show provider numbers by department |
Select this option to display the provider username as the first column from the left, followed by the departments vertically, with the department-specific provider numbers in a grid format. This grid repeats (vertically) for each provider selected. |
Medical Group |
Select one or more medical groups to report on. Select Show All to report on all medical groups in this practice. |
Department |
Select one or more departments to report on. Select Show All to report on all departments in this practice. |
Limit to departments with a department number |
Select this option to limit the results to departments with entered numbers. Checked by default. |
Show Reports |
Select which components of the report to display. By default, all components are selected.

Insurance Package IDs |
Enter up to 15 insurance package ID numbers to report on. |
Format |
Select HTML to display the results online. Select CSV to download the report to Excel. |
Legend |
Black indicates that claims are being submitted Blue indicates that paper claims only are being submitted Red indicates that no claims are being submitted Yellow indicates an expired or not yet effective number Purple indicates enrollment information cannot be determined for this provider number |
