Privacy Notes List

This page allows you to generate a worklist of patient privacy notes. The page can function as your worklist to review open requests, complaints, and so forth. You can filter the list by category, type, status, request date, review date, and create date.

On the Main Menu, click Patients. Under CHART MANAGEMENT, click Privacy Notes List
- Display the Privacy Notes List page: On the Main Menu, click Patients. Under CHART MANAGEMENT, click Privacy Notes List.
- Set the filter fields to limit the contents of the privacy notes worklist.
- Select the Show Deleted Records option to show deleted privacy notes in the Privacy Notes Worklist.
- Click Generate Worklist to generate the Privacy Notes Worklist, which appears in the Task Bar.
- In this format, each privacy note appears with the patient name, privacy note type, requested date, status, reviewed date, and a checkbox to the left.
- If you check the box and scroll down to the end of list, you can click Delete Selected Entries to delete the checked item.
- If you check the Show Deleted Records (for worklist only) checkbox when you generate a worklist, you can click Undelete Selected Entries to restore deleted items.
- You can also choose to organize the worklist by selecting one of the available options in the Sort by menu: Request Date, Status, Type, or Name.
- You can click the linked patient name to display the detailed privacy note in the Workspace.
- Click Printable Report to display the privacy notes results at the bottom of the page. This action generates the worklist in a format that can be printed and worked offline.
- This format displays the patient name, privacy note type, requested date, reviewed date, status, and note of each privacy note.
- You can sort the list by clicking on a column heading. One click sorts the list in ascending order. Another click sorts the list in descending order.
- Click Download CSV to create an Excel file. This option downloads the worklist to a .csv file that can be imported easily into Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheets. This file includes all the information of the privacy note.
- Display the Privacy Notes List page: On the Main Menu, click Patients. Under CHART MANAGEMENT, click Privacy Notes List.
- Category — Select Patient Disclosure.
- Type — Select Disclosure.
- Click Generate Worklist.
The Privacy Notes Worklist appears in the Task Bar. - Select the checkboxes for the relevant patients and click Delete Selected Entries at the bottom of the worklist.
