View Department Calendar
This page provides a schedule overview by month and department. The calendar display shows the providers who are scheduled for appointments each day and has links to the provider's daily schedule (via the Manage Appointments page), which shows the provider's schedule for the day in detail.
How do I get to this page?
On the Main Menu, click Calendar. Under RESOURCES, click Department Calendar
To
view the schedule for a given month and provider
- Display the View Staff Calendar page: On the Main Menu, click Calendar. Under RESOURCES, click Staff Calendar.
- Select the month that you want to view from the Month/Year menu.
- Select the provider from the Staff menu.
- Click View
Calendar.
The monthly calendar for the selected month and provider appears.
