athenaClinicals

Menstrual History is an optional section in the OB Worksheet that captures cycle details for your patient, including the date of last menstrual period, cycle regularity and frequency, age at menarche, birth control pill use at conception, and hCG status.

The information you enter and options you select are saved automatically and can be updated at any time.

  • Last Menstrual Period: Enter or select the date of the first day of the patient's last menstrual period. Select Definite or Approximate to indicate the date's accuracy.

  • Menses Monthly: Select Yes if your patient received their cycle each month or No if the patient's cycles were irregular.

  • Frequency of Cycle: Enter the number of days between periods. For example, on average, women get their periods every 28 days.

  • Age of Menarche: Enter the age in years at which the first menstruation occurred.

  • On BCPs at Conception: Indicates whether the patient was on hormonal birth control at conception.

  • hCG Positive: Date on which the patient had a positive urine or serum pregnancy test.
