Legacy OB Worksheet Elements
Review the elements in the OB Worksheet that remain unchanged.

Full Encounter Summary: If the patient has an open OB episode, information captured in Pregnancy Problems, Genetic Screening & Infection History, Prenatal Visits, and Labs appears in the Full Encounter Summary as it did previously.

OB Episode Amendment: As before, when viewing Past Pregnancies in the History Chart tab, you can open the OB Episode and click Amend to make changes to the OB episode. The amendment workflow remains the same in the legacy OB Episode format.

Print/Fax OB Episode Summary: While you can print or fax the OB Worksheet, the format of the form that gets printed or faxed and remains unchanged from before.
