1 athenaAmbient extracts diagnosis data from recorded conversations and displays it in structured fields in the Assessment & Plan (A&P) section of an encounter. When you save these structured diagnoses to the patient chart (in athenaOne Mobile) or tap Save & End (in athenaOne desktop), the data automatically includes each structured diagnosis in IMO terms with the supported ICD billing codes and any relevant note about the diagnosis. In addition, if there's a duplicate diagnosis in the A&P section for that encounter, athenaAmbient consolidates the duplicate diagnosis.
