What each status indicates

Status	Indicates
Start Ambient, Start recording	A recording has not yet been initiated for the encounter. Tap or click this button to start a recording.
Ambient Captured, Note Generated	A recording was captured, but a draft note was not saved in the chart. You can continue recording or review the summary and then save it in the chart.
In Progress	The draft note is being generated.
Action Needed	Generation of the draft note has been completed successfully and is pending being saved in the chart.
Error	Generation or saving of the draft note could not be completed.
Partially Sent	Individual sections (or only some sections) were saved in the chart. Tap to continue recording.   You can also review the draft note and then save it in the chart.   One of the following is true: The individual sections you selected were saved in the chart. You selected to save the entire draft note in the chart, but only some sections were saved successfully.
Sent, Done	All sections of the recording were saved in the chart. No further recording can be captured for the encounter.

Note
You cannot make additional recordings for an encounter when the ambient status is In Progress or Finished/Done. For all other ambient statuses, you can make additional recordings if needed.
