Add Case Note
This page allows you to send a message to selected recipients concerning a patient case. The message appears on the recipients' News and Messages page, but does not appear on the case itself.

On the Patient Actions Bar, click Messaging, and then click Manage Cases. On the Manage Cases page, click Save & Add Case Note

Your practice must have the Case Management feature enabled to administer patient cases. You must have the Receptionist, Privacy Administrator, or Billing Admin role to access this page.

- Display the Add Case Note page: On the Patient Actions Bar, click Messaging, and then click Manage Cases. On the Manage Cases page, click Save & Add Case Note.
- Select each recipient of your note.
- Set the message priority (select the appropriate Priority option).
- Subject — Enter a subject for your message.
- Message — Enter a text message.
- Click Add Case Note. A message sent notification appears.
- Click OK. The patient's Quickview page appears.
