Reschedule Group Session Appointments

As a member of behavioral health staff who books patient appointments, review the following to reschedule patients for group sessions.

Reschedule a group session appointment

  1. On the main menu, click Calendar > View Calendar.

  2. Click the appointment in the calendar. In the tooltip that opens, click Appointments to the right of the patient's name.

  3. In the patient's appointment, click Reschedule.

  1. In Edit Appointment, update the date, time, department, or provider as needed.

  2. Click Review. In Reschedule Appointment, select a reason for rescheduling and add a note if desired. Click Next: Review. Check the rescheduling details; click Confirm Updates.

Reschedule displaced group session appointments

If a clinic administrator or manager modifies a provider's schedule, this can cause already booked group session appointments to become unscheduled. If this occurs, patient appointments booked for the group session appear under Claims > Workflow Dashboard in the Appts to Resched column as individual appointments that require rescheduling do.
