Maintain Characteristics
Once you've added patient characteristics (also referred to as SNAPS) to a treatment plan, you can edit or delete them as treatment progresses. You can also archive characteristics that are no longer as relevant and reinstate them again as needed.
Edit or delete a characteristic
Click the menu 
to the right of an entry. Click Edit or Delete to update or permanently delete it.
Archive characteristics
Click the menu to the right of an entry and select Archive.

Access archived characteristics: Click the Show filter
to the right of the section title. In the filter menu, select Archived.

Reactivate an archived characteristic: Click the menu
to the right of the archived entry and select Make active.
