Procedure Complications

On the Main Menu, click Settings > Clinicals. In the left menu, under Practice Links — Procedure Configuration, click Procedure Complications

Your organization must have the Structured Procedure Documentation feature enabled.

1. Display the Procedure Complications admin page: On the Main Menu, click Settings > Clinicals. In the left menu, under Practice Links — Procedure Configuration, click Procedure Complications.
2. Click add new.
   Input fields appear at the top of the page.
3. Complication — Enter a complication name (required).
4. Grades — Enter at least one grade (required). Click the down-arrow to enter additional grades for this complication.
5. Click Save.
