As of the Spring 2019 release, you can no longer add, edit, or delete surgeries and procedures on the Surgical History Questions page. To add new surgeries or procedures or to edit or delete existing surgeries or procedures, submit a support case from athenaOne > Support > Success Community > Contact Client Support Center. |
To ensure that the procedures documented in the Surgical History section of the patient chart can be used for quality reporting in 2019, all the procedures previously configured on the Surgical History Questions page that are used for quality reporting are backed by standard codes, such as SNOMED-CT and CPT.
Note: Use the eCQM Data report to display your eCQM data.
How do I get to this page?
On the Main
Menu, click Settings 
> Clinicals. In the left menu, under Practice Links — History/Intake, click Surgical History Questions
User access and permissions
You must have the Clinicals Admin: Surgical History Questions permission to access this page.

| Related Procedure Codes | Standard procedure code associated with this surgery or procedure. |
| SNOMED Descriptions | SNOMED-CT code associated with this surgery or procedure. |
