Cancelled Patient Insurances
This page allows you to view a list of cancelled insurance policies for a given patient.
The cancelled insurance list includes any insurance policies that have been deactivated, the date of cancellation, and the username of the user who cancelled the policy.
This record allows the billing office to send claims to the appropriate payer (even if the policy has been cancelled), depending on the date of service of the claim.
You can click Update this policy to access the Add/Update Policy Details page, or click Continue to return to the Quickview.
On the Quickview, in the Insurances heading, click View cancelled insurances
On the Patient Actions Bar, click Registration, and then click View Cancelled Insurances
