Check Diagnosis Codes

On the Main Menu, click Claims. Under RESOURCES, click Check Diagnosis Codes

1. Display the Check Diagnosis Codes page: On the Main Menu, click Claims. Under RESOURCES, click Check Diagnosis Codes.
2. Click the ICD-10 Codes tab.
3. In the ICD-10 Search field, begin typing one of the following:
   • ICD-9 code
   • ICD-10 code
   • SNOMED term

   As you type, matching codes with descriptions are displayed, along with a Filter Results list on the left side of the page. You can use this list to reduce the number of ICD-10 code matches.

4. Under the Results heading, you can expand and collapse matching results.
5. Click Details next to a code to display detailed information about that code. (Click Back to return to the ICD-10 Codes tab.)

   The ICD-9 Codes tab appears.
   
2. Lookup diagnosis — Enter a search term in one of two ways:
   • by code — Type all or part of an ICD-9 diagnosis code. For example, if you type "274," the results include codes 1274 and 27400, along with many other codes.
   • by description — Type all or part of a description, for example, "gout" or "rheumatoid."
3. Click Lookup to display matching results.
