Check Fee Schedule

This page allows you to look up the billed amount for a given procedure. You can search by procedure code or by procedure description. This page is very useful when you provide services to (and bill) self-pay patients.
How do I get to this page?
On the Main Menu, click Claims. Under RESOURCES, click Check Fee Schedule
To locate a fee for a procedure code
- Display the Check Fee Schedule page: On the Main Menu, click Claims. Under RESOURCES, click Check Fee Schedule.
- Enter a procedure code in the by code field, or a keyword in the by description field.
Note: To broaden your search, use partial codes (for example, enter "594" instead of "59400" to display all codes in the 594XX range). - Click Lookup. The list of procedure codes that match your search criteria appears below, with the fee at the far right.
- For more information about a procedure code, click the magnifying glass icon to access the Code and Knowledge Base tool.
