Deactivate Prepayment Plan
This page allows you to deactivate a prepayment plan. When you deactivate the plan, athenaOne marks the prepayment plan as "deactivated" and removes it from the patient's Quickview. The deactivated prepayment plan is still available for completing the remaining payments owed according to the plan.
To deactivate
a prepayment plan
- Display the Deactivate Prepayment Plan page: On the Quickview, under the Insurances heading, click Deactivate plan for a prepayment plan.
- Review the prepayment plan information to verify that this is the plan you want to deactivate.
- Plan Paid in Full — Select this option, if applicable.
- Deactivation Reason — Enter the reason for deactivating this prepayment plan.
- Click Deactivate Plan. The patient's Quickview page appears. The deactivated prepayment plan no longer appears under the "Insurances" heading.
