athenaOne for Hospitals & Health Systems

You can use this page to administer hospital beds options that appear in the Bed menus on some hospital-related pages.

 

On the Main Menu, click Settings > Billing. In the left menu, under Practice Links —Accommodations, click Beds

 

 

 

Your organization must use athenaOne for Hospitals & Health Systems, and you must have the Billing Admin: Accommodations user permission to access the Accommodations page, the Beds page, and the Rooms page. This permission is included in the following roles:

  • Billing Admin
  • *Clinicals-only Practice Superuser
  • *Practice Superuser
  • Billing Admin: Accommodations
  • Management - Collector
  • Management - Communicator
  • Superuser - Collector

 

 

  1. Display the Beds page: On the Main Menu, click Settings > Billing. In the left menu, under Practice Links —Accommodations, click Beds.
  2. Click Add new. Additional fields appear.
  3. Room — Select the room where the bed is located.
    Rooms are administered using the Rooms page.
  4. Bed name — Enter the name for the bed.
  5. Click Save.

  2. Click edit for the item you need.
  3. Edit the fields as needed.
  4. Click Save.

  2. Click delete for the item to delete. You can click undelete to restore the item.
