Rooms

athenaOne for Hospitals & Health Systems

You can use this page to administer the hospital room options that appear in the Room menus on some hospital-related pages.

 

On the Main Menu, click Settings > Billing. In the left menu, under Practice Links —Accommodations, click Rooms

 

 

 

Your organization must use athenaOne for Hospitals & Health Systems, and you must have the Billing Admin: Accommodations user permission to access the Accommodations page, the Beds page, and the Rooms page. This permission is included in the following roles:

  • Billing Admin
  • *Clinicals-only Practice Superuser
  • *Practice Superuser
  • Billing Admin: Accommodations
  • Management - Collector
  • Management - Communicator
  • Superuser - Collector

 

 

  1. Display the Rooms page: On the Main Menu, click Settings > Billing. In the left menu, under Practice Links —Accommodations, click Rooms.
  2. Click Add new. Additional fields appear.
  3. Room name — Enter a name for the new room.
  4. Unit — Select the nursing unit for this room. Units are administered using the Inpatient Nursing Units page.
  5. Click Save.

  2. Edit the fields as needed.
  3. Click Save.

  2. Click delete for the item to delete. You can click undelete to restore the item.
