Rooms
athenaOne for Hospitals & Health Systems
You can use this page to administer the hospital room options that appear in the Room menus on some hospital-related pages.

On the Main
Menu, click Settings > Billing. In the left menu, under Practice Links —Accommodations, click Rooms

Your organization must use athenaOne for Hospitals & Health Systems, and you must have the Billing Admin: Accommodations user permission to access the Accommodations page, the Beds page, and the Rooms page. This permission is included in the following roles:
- Billing Admin
- *Clinicals-only Practice Superuser
- *Practice Superuser
- Billing Admin: Accommodations
- Management - Collector
- Management - Communicator
- Superuser - Collector


- Display the Rooms page: On the Main
Menu, click Settings
> Billing. In the left menu, under Practice Links —Accommodations, click Rooms.
- Click Add new. Additional fields appear.
- Room name — Enter a name for the new room.
- Unit — Select the nursing unit for this room. Units are administered using the Inpatient Nursing Units page.
- Click Save.

- Display the Rooms page: On the Main
Menu, click Settings
> Billing. In the left menu, under Practice Links —Accommodations, click Rooms.
- Edit the fields as needed.
- Click Save.

Menu, click Settings
> Billing. In the left menu, under Practice Links —Accommodations, click Rooms.
- Click delete for the item to delete. You can click undelete to restore the item.
