Interface File Upload
When your practice requests a new insurance package associated with an interface error, the interface errors are updated to show that they are associated with a pending insurance package request. When athenahealth receives the request, the interface map is updated and the interface errors are rerun; you do not need to track insurance package requests outside athenaOne.

How do I get to this page?
On the Main
Menu, click Settings 
> Practice Manager. In the left menu, under Practice Links — Interfaces, click Interface File Upload
User access and permissions
Your practice must have the "Custom Quickview Link Code" feature for interfaces enabled.
You must have the Interface Admin: File Upload Interface permission to upload a file into the interface.
