Care Management Events Accrued Time Report

The Care Management Events Accrued Time report allows you to view accrued time for care management events by patient and care program for a selected date range. The report includes time recorded manually in the Duration field and time recorded with the Care Management Event tab timer. Display the Report Library: On the Main Menu, click Reports. Under General, click Report Library. Click the Clinicals tab. In the Standard Reports section of the tab, click run next to Care Management Events Accrued Time.

 

 

 

To access reports on the Clinicals tab of the Report Library, you must have the Clinicals user permission and the Report: Report Library: Clinicals permission. The Report: Report Library: Clinicals permission is included in the following roles:

  • Practice Superuser role
  • Report Reader role

 

If you don't see the report on the Clinicals tab of the Report Library, you need to activate it on the Activate 2.0 Reports page.

 

 

  1. Display the Report Library: On the Main Menu, click Reports. Under General, click Report Library.
  2. Click the Clinicals tab.
  3. Click run next to Care Management Events Accrued Time in the Standard Reports section of the tab.
    The Run Report page appears.
  4. Care Event Date — Enter the start and end dates for the report, or select a date range from the menu.
  5. Select the report format and options as you see fit. (see the Field Reference table below for details).
  6. Click Run Report.

Care Event Date Enter the start and end dates for the report, or select a date range from the menu.
Report Format

Select the report format:

  • HTML table — Display the report results on your screen.

  • Text (tab-delimited) — Export the report results to a .csv file in tab-delimited format.

  • Text (comma-delimited) — Export the report results to a .csv file in comma-delimited format.
Report Options

Select the desired options:

  • Suppress Column Headings — Select this option to remove column headings from the report results.

  • Suppress Report Name — Select this option to remove the report name from the report results.

  • Run Offline (will appear in your Report Inbox tomorrow morning) — Select this option for very long reports. Reports that are run offline appear in your Report Inbox the morning after the request.
Column Headings
Program Name Name of the associated care program.
Enterprise ID The patient's athenaOne enterprise ID that represents the entire patient record across all provider groups.
Primary Insurance Patient's primary insurance reporting category.
Patient Name Patient's first and last name.
Usual Provider Name of the patient's usual provider.
Care Manager(s) Name of the designated care manager(s).
Accrued Time Sum of all care management event durations for the patient within the specified care program and date range.
Last CM Event Date Date of the most recent care management event.
