Delivery Details
After a patient delivers, access Delivery Details in the OB Worksheet to record information about the delivery, the baby, and the patient at the point of discharge.
Note
If you entered a value greater than one for the number of fetuses in Pregnancy Information, additional sections appear in Delivery Details to record information for each baby. See Record information for multiple births for details.
