Admit History
This page allows you to view the admission history of a patient admitted to a hospital department in your practice.
User access and permissions
Your practice must have the Patient Rounding List feature enabled, and you must have the Manage Patient Rounding Lists user permission to access this page.
To view the admission history of a patient
- From the patient Quickview, click View admit history. The Admit History page appears.
Field Reference
| Admit Date |
The date that the patient is admitted. |

| Discharge Date |
The date that the patient is discharged. (Blank if patient is currently admitted.) |
| Department |
The inpatient department where the patient is admitted. |
| Admitting Provider |
The provider who admits the patient. |
| Attending Provider |
The provider who cares for the patient. |
| Notes |
Any notes that relate to this admit/discharge. |
| Room |
The room that the patient will be admitted to. |
| Bed |
The bed that the patient will be admitted to. |
| Claims |
The claim that resulted from the admission. |
