Provider signatures can be configured as follows:
- The provider can create the signature using the jotter function.
- A user can upload a .png, .jpg, or .gif image file for the provider signature. The maximum file size is 20 MB, and the recommended signature size is 200 x 75 pixels.
Changes to the provider signature apply instantly. Adding a new signature replaces any previous signature. Adding a new signature does not update existing documents that have the previous signature.
If no provider signature is on file, no signature appears on the printed letter, and the provider must either sign each paper letter by hand, or, in the Letter document view, select the Approve option after all changes to the letter are complete.
