Eligibility History
This page allows you to view the detailed history of a patient's electronic eligibility checks, including:
- Who performed the eligibility check
- Results of the eligibility check (eligibility status)
- Why the eligibility check was performed (if automatic), for example, upcoming appointment
- ID number used for the eligibility check
- Name of the provider for whom the eligibility check was done

To view
eligibility history
- Display the Eligibility History page: On the Quickview page, under the Insurances heading, click eligibility history (under Eligibility).
- For
each row, click more details to display full results for that eligibility check.
The Eligibility Detail page appears with the historical details.
Field Reference
The information provided via electronic eligibility checking can vary from payer to payer, and even from patient to patient, based on the individual policy details.

The result of the eligibility check. |
| Checked By |
The username of the person who performed the eligibility check, or the event that triggered an automated check (for example, an upcoming appointment). |

The field names returned by the eligibility check, with a more details link to display the Eligibility Detail page with the full historical details for this check. |
