Single Label

This page allows you to print a single Avery size #5160 label for a patient.

 

On the Patient Actions Bar, click Registration, and then click Single Label

 

 

 

  1. Display the Single Label page: On the Patient Actions Bar, click Registration, and then click Single Label.
  2. Select Label or Detailed Label. Preview images of both labels appear.
  3. Click Print.

 

 

To print mailing labels, your practice must have a DYMO LabelWriter printer.

  1. Display the Single Label page: On the Patient Actions Bar, click Registration, and then click Single Label.
  2. Select Mailing Label. A preview image of the mailing label appears.
  3. Click Print.

 

 

 

You can use these labels for lab specimens, lab billing slips, charts, or any other material. These labels include patient account number, name, date of birth, department, address, and phone number.

 

Important: Please be aware that labels contain protected health information (PHI). Treat labels with the same concern for patient privacy as you would other protected patient information.

 

 

You can include custom fields on printed labels. On the Custom Fields page, select the Print on labels option for the custom field that you want to print. After the field is populated in the patient Quickview, the custom field is printed on the normal label. (The detailed label does not have enough room to include a custom field.)
