View Recurrence
This page allows you to view, cancel, and schedule appointments within a set of recurring appointments.
- On the Quickview, under the Appointments heading, click recurrence n/n. The View Recurrence page appears in the Task Bar, listing all the appointments with times and dates.
- On the Quickview, under the Appointments heading, click recurrence n/n. The View Recurrence worklist appears in the Task Bar, listing all the appointments with times and dates.
- In the Task Bar, click the schedule link for the appointment. The Schedule Appointment page appears in the Workspace.
- From the Schedule Appointment page, use the appointment search filters to locate an alternative time slot.
- Check the desired appointment slot as you normally would.
- Appointment Type(s) — Select the appointment type for the new time slot, as you normally would.
- Click Add Schedule Appointment(s). The new appointment details appear in the View Recurrence page in the Task Bar, with a cancel link to the right.
- On the Quickview, under the Appointments heading, click recurrence n/n. The Recurrence Preview appears in the Task Bar.
- At the bottom of the worklist of appointments, click add appointment to list. The Schedule Appointment page appears in the Workspace.
- Locate the appointment slot as you normally would, and select the appointment type from the Appointment Type menu at the bottom of the page.
- Click the button to Schedule Appointment and Add to List. The Appointment Saved page appears in the Workspace, and the new appointment appears in the View Recurrence worklist in the Task Bar.
- On the Quickview, under the Appointments heading, click recurrence n/n. The Recurrence Preview appears in the Task Bar.
- To cancel all appointments within a recurring appointment, select the appropriate reason from the Reason for Cancellation menu.
- Click Cancel
All Appointments.
Note: When you cancel all appointments within a recurrence, the recurrence information is no longer available.
The View Recurrence page contains the following information:
- At the top, there is a short description of the recurrence pattern.
- Next, information is listed for each individual appointment within the set of recurring appointments.
- For recurrence dates where appointments have been scheduled, the appointment date, appointment type, provider, department, and start time appear. A cancel link appears at the right that you can use to cancel the individual appointment within the set of recurring appointments.
- For recurrence dates where an appointment was not scheduled, the text "Not scheduled" is displayed with a schedule link that you can click to schedule the individual appointment within the set of recurring appointments.
