Simply by having athenaOne, you'll also have athenaAmbient, but you won't be able to switch to another ambient model, unless your organization also has the Ambient Notes add-on service.

Ambient Notes — An add-on service

With Ambient Notes, clinicians can choose from industry-leading ambient models. They can try an ambient model for a month and then switch to another model until they find the one that works best for them. Each clinician at a practice can use a different model based on their preferences.
