Group Appointment Types

In athenaOne, appointment types determine the kinds of appointments your organization schedules and their general attributes. A 60 minute session for seasonal depression is a good example of a behavioral health appointment type.

As a clinic administrator or manager, create appointment types to support group sessions. Once created, you'll associate them with scheduling templates for patient bookings.

You must have the Schedule admin user permission to perform these tasks.
