Scheduling Templates
Scheduling templates indicate the types of appointments staff can add to a provider’s schedule within a given time slot. When you add group templates to a provider’s schedule, your staff can book multiple patients for a provider at those times.
Example: A behavioral health provider hosts a group session every Wednesday at noon. The group icon 
in the time slot indicates that the appointment is reserved for a group session, meaning that staff can book multiple patients for that appointment.
