Clinical Document Custom Script Report

The Clinical Document Custom Script Report can help you achieve a cleaner Clinical Inbox. It allows you to identify documents based on common data points and specify what changes are desired across the documents. You can specify changes to the Department, Status, or Assigned To user, and then export the report as a CSV file and include it in a support case to request the intended mass action be taken.
If you want to pull clinical documents but you don't need a custom script, use the Clinical Document Report instead.
Display the Report Library: On the Main Menu, click Reports. Under General, click Report Library. Click the Clinicals tab. In the Standard Reports section of the tab, click run next to Clinical Document Custom Script Report.
To access reports on the Clinicals tab of the Report Library, you must have the Clinicals user permission and the Report: Report Library: Clinicals permission. The Report: Report Library: Clinicals permission is included in the following roles:
- Practice Superuser role
- Report Reader role
Note: To activate the Clinical Document Custom Script Report, use the Activate Reports page.
- Display the Report Library: On the Main Menu, click Reports. Under General, click Report Library.
- Click the Clinicals tab.
- Click run next to Clinical Document Custom Script Report in the Standard Reports section of the tab.
The Run Report: Clinical Document Custom Script Report page appears. - Date Filters — You must specify at least one date range.
- New Desired Values — Click Selected and choose an option to indicate a desired change to the Department, Status, or Assigned To user.

Document Filters — Specify the common data points that identify the documents of interest.
Most filter options are set to return all values by default, but you can:-
Click Null to return only documents where the corresponding value is null.

Click Selected and specify a value.
To use filters to return documents in Clinical Inbox categories:

In the Document Class filter, select the following options to show documents that align with the corresponding Clinical Inbox category:

Note: Selecting Document Action multiplies the report output because there are many-to-one document actions per document.- Report Format

- Click Run Report.
In the report results, you can click any column heading to sort the table by that column.
